Body. Mind. Spirit. When we take care of one, the health of the others becomes easier to maintain. Yoga is not just a fad or a hash-tag. It is time-tested, scientifically proven to improve physical and mental health and here to stay. It is NEVER too late to start practicing yoga, taking care of your body, eating well, or adjusting your attitude.
It is my deep honor to help people find a greater level of wellness in their bodies, to cultivate better stress-management skills, and develop deeper emotional well-being and wisdom.
At 48 years young, I am learning that life gets more and more challenging as we go on, so having tools to meet life's challenges, with inner and outer strength is necessary and accessible to everyone.
